The Evangélicos pelo Clima Coalition was formed after national research showed that the majority of Brazilian Evangelicals are concerned about environmental protection. This initiative brings together pastors, church leaders, researchers, and Evangelical organizations dedicated to promoting climate justice and protecting traditional peoples and communities in their territories.
Through our Instagram page, @evangelhoeclima, we share content and campaigns that encourage Evangelicals to advocate for effective public policies on socio-environmental protection and climate change. Our messaging is grounded in biblical and theological narratives, using them as tools for awareness and action on the climate agenda.
